Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Full payment or a deposit is required to book. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations/Appointments: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Based on availability, walk-ins are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session. Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Canceling multiple services, packages, or Parties of 2 or more requires 48-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No part of the initial deposit will be refunded for cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.
